1. Booking Your Experience

  • Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of an official confirmation message or email from Luxuriance Club.

  • All bookings must be made through our official website, WhatsApp, email, or an authorized representative.

  • We recommend booking well in advance to ensure availability of your preferred experience.

2. Payment Policy

  • A booking deposit may be required based on the specific service selected.

  • Full payment must be completed at least 30 days prior to the tour or event date.

  • Accepted payment methods: Cash (if applicable), Bank Transfers, UPI, and Credit Cards.

  • Payment confirmation will be shared via official communication channels.

3. Refunds & Cancellation

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the event are eligible for a 90–95% refund.

  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 30 days before the scheduled date.

  • In the event Luxuriance Club must cancel an activity due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will receive either a full refund or the option to reschedule.

  • Note: Some premium services may have separate cancellation terms, which will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

  • This membership is transferrable.

4. Reservation Modifications

  • If you need to amend your reservation, please inform us at the earliest possible opportunity.

  • While we strive to accommodate changes, last-minute modifications may not always be feasible.

5. Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests are required to arrive on time for all scheduled excursions and activities.

  • Personal belongings remain the sole responsibility of the guest; Luxuriance Club is not liable for loss or damage to personal items.

  • Guests must adhere to all safety instructions during activities such as helicopter rides, yacht parties, or similar experiences.

6. Our Commitment to You

  • Luxuriance Club is committed to delivering the services as described at the time of booking.

  • Should any issue arise, we pledge to address and resolve it promptly and fairly to the best of our ability.

7. Weather & Force Majeure

  • Certain outdoor experiences are subject to weather conditions and external factors.

  • In case of cancellations due to weather or unforeseen events, we will offer suitable alternatives such as rescheduling or issuing a refund.

8. Media Usage

  • During tours and events, Luxuriance Club may capture photographs and videos for promotional purposes.

  • Guests who prefer not to be featured in such media must inform us in advance.

9. Health & Safety

  • It is the guest’s responsibility to carry necessary medication and inform us in advance of any allergies, health conditions, or special requirements.

  • We prioritize safety and hygiene in all our services.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Luxuriance Club shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss of life, accidents, or damage to personal property during the course of the tour or event.

  • Guests are advised to secure appropriate travel and medical insurance coverage before participating in any of our services.

11. Code of Conduct

  • All participants are expected to behave respectfully and courteously with fellow travelers and staff.

  • Luxuriance Club is not responsible for any interpersonal disputes, conflicts, or arguments that may arise during the trip.

12. Legal Compliance

  • All services provided by Luxuriance Club comply with the applicable laws and tourism regulations of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and India.

  • Guests are required to comply with local rules, customs, and legal obligations of the country where the activity takes place.
